PETS

We thinks that pets are part of the family as well. Only downstairs we do welcome small (less than 25 pounds), well-behaved dogs with prior approval.
 

Pets also like to relax by the beach on the beautiful Gulf of Mexico, watch the birds and dolphins, and see the most beautiful sunsets that make

Florida so famous. We advice using a crate as you leave your apartment. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds.

We require an extra "pet" deposit. Deanna will explain you the details. We are sorry to say that the City does not allow pets on the beach. You may walk you dog in the neighborhood or across the street and you must pick up after you pet.
